What's the typical investment for a project like mine?

Investment varies by scope. Refresh-tier projects typically start around $5,000 and take about a month, while full renovations and investor/flip projects are scoped individually based on complexity and goals. Every quote reflects design direction, sourcing, and project management as core parts of the fee.

Do you bring your own contractor, or work with ours?

Both are options. We work with a trusted network of contractors we've vetted through past projects, and we're also glad to collaborate with a contractor you're already working with.

How long does a full renovation typically take?

For larger projects that require city or county approval, design and permitting typically take 3–4 months. Construction timelines vary from there, depending on scope and any structural work involved. We'll walk through a realistic timeline for your specific project once scope is defined.

Do you work outside the Bay Area?

Yes. While most projects are based in the Bay Area, we've taken on projects in other areas, including the Yosemite and Los Angeles areas. Reach out and we can talk through feasibility for your location.
